Licensing allows you to use my artwork on your products for an agreed period while I retain the original copyright as the designer.

My designs can be licensed either exclusively or non-exclusively

With an exclusive license, we agree in advance on the product category and the territory in which the design will be used. You will have exclusive rights within the agreed category and territory for the duration of the license. I may still use the design in other areas not covered by our agreement. Once the license period ends, you’ll have the first opportunity to renew. If you choose not to continue, the rights will revert back to me.

A non-exclusive license allows you to select one of my designs and use it on your products within an agreed category. The same design may also be licensed to other businesses at the same time and can remain available through platforms where my designs are offered for print-on-demand products. I always retain the copyright of the artwork.
